I recently visited Costco in Seattle, and they introduced organic brown basmati rice from India. Though I have seen brown rice in Whole Foods (which is California grown by a company called Lundberg), this is the first time I have seen Organic Indian Brown Basmati rice. The price was very good too. I think a 10lb bag sold for $9.99, or $0.99/lb.

This is great news! Word's out. At larger Whole Foods with a bulk section, you can actually get organic brown basmati rice, not the bagged Lundberg. This is true for smaller co-ops as well. But I don't think you can beat that Cost-co price. I don't know who owns Cost-co, but it couldn't be anywhere as near as evil as Sam's. And everybody knows you can't shop at Sam's because it's owned by Wal-Mart. Right?
now, is target as bad as wal-mart? because david says it is, but i think it isn't.
they sell cleaning products called "method" which smell wonderful and are "all-natural."
susan, even though i am no longer a vegan, five years of veganism made me very sensitive to chemicals in food and dishsoap.
tell me target is okay. they have the cheapest nice soap with no chemical feeling.
ps will you sell your soap on this website?

I don't think Target is as bad as WalMart, mostly because they don't treat their employees like disposable used diapers. I think Target employees get the benefits, etc.
I guess they probably use the sweat shops and don't allow small mom and pop shops to operate as successfully.
But there's just NO WAY they are as bad as WalMart. It's un-possible.
Interesting about the chemical sensitivity. Do you think the cleansing vegan diet scraped out your insides to the point of squeaky cleaness? I do.
No, I don't think I'll sell my soap on this here website. But if you want some soap, let's talk.
